"Winning With Asthma" Coach's Clipboard -  Click here to take our FREE online asthma training for coaches, referees, and physical education teachers. Participants will receive a free clipboard and other asthma materials! Learn asthma basics, what to do during an asthma attack, and how to help athletes manage their symptoms. It just takes a few minutes to learn the steps to save a player's life!

Child Care Provider Asthma Training:

This is a FREE, voluntary asthma education program available to all out-of-home child care providers in Indiana. A Child Care Health Consultant from the Family and Social Services Administration will provide asthma education and information through a personal presentation and folder of asthma materials. Additionally, participants will receive a cleaning spray bottle for getting rid of asthma triggers and a reusable birthday poster with steps to take during an asthma attack.

 The purpose of this training is to:

  • Understand what asthma is

  • Identify common triggers to asthma

  • Identify symptoms of asthma

  • Identify types of asthma treatment

  • Know what child care provider responsibilities are
